Charlotte Strodl is the inspiration behind the Rockabella brand. Charlotte is a dedicated follower of fashion and was one of those little girls that used to raid her mums wardrobe and walk around in her high heals and pearls. She knew that one day she would be in that world with her own company.

After completing her business degree at Exeter University, Charlotte headed up to London to begin her career in the PR department at Jimmy Choo before moving to top fashion PR Company Modus Publicity.

Charlotte used to swoon over their amazing jewellery collections and is where she got her initial inspiration. She was also hugely inspired by the jewellery designers themselves as they were able to use their creativity and business skills in a way that she was not.

Following travels to Asia Charlotte sourced some pearls and semi precious gems and started making one off jewellery pieces for herself. When her jewellery started to get noticed in the street, in business meetings and even in clubs she thought she might be onto something. Unable to suppress her entrepreneurial spirit, Charlotte decided to take the plunge and set up her own jewellery business. Charlotte took two jewellery courses at Central St Martins School of Art and from there Rockabella was born.
